1. Service Description
The Service provides AI-generated images based on automated generation processes. Images are generated on demand using computational resources and will vary in quality, style, and output.
Image generation is probabilistic and results are not guaranteed.
All content available through the Service is synthetic and generated by software. The Service does not host or distribute user-uploaded photos, videos, or recordings of real persons.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The Service contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that this is true.
Access to the Service is restricted behind an age-verification confirmation screen (18+). You can only proceed after confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
False declaration of age results in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Coins, Pricing & Payments
The Service uses a virtual credit system (“Coins”).
- Coin packs grant a stated number of Coins at purchase time
- The currency price you pay and the number of Coins you receive may not be 1:1
- Coins have no cash value
- Coins are non-transferable
- Coins cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money
Image pricing varies dynamically and is calculated based on the computational time required to generate each image. The final price in Coins is shown before generation and applies only to that specific image.
We may update pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect images already purchased or generated.
Charges are processed by or on behalf of Asmussen Systems. Where we offer any trial periods, introductory offers, promotional periods, or recurring billing, we will clearly disclose, before you confirm payment:
- The length of any trial, introductory, or promotional period
- The amount, timing, and frequency of any subsequent charges
- Whether charges continue automatically unless you cancel
- How you can cancel to stop any future or recurring charges
The billing entity and descriptor for card payments will be disclosed during checkout and/or in the payment confirmation.

4. Image Generation, Retries, Refunds & Cancellation
Each generated image may be retried once if you are dissatisfied with the result, provided that the request complies with these Terms and does not involve prohibited content.
Refunds are granted only if:
- Image generation fails due to a technical error, or
- The image is not generated or delivered to you
No refunds are provided for subjective dissatisfaction, artistic quality, style preferences, or unexpected results beyond the single retry.
You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to access the website.
When subscription or recurring billing products are introduced, instructions for cancellation will be clearly displayed before sign-up and in any applicable account or billing page.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights
All generated images and underlying models are owned by Asmussen Systems. Users are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
We do not guarantee exclusivity or uniqueness of any image. Similar or identical images may be generated for other users.

6. Nature of Content & No Real Persons
Generated images are fictional. The Service does not guarantee accuracy, identity, or likeness to any real person. The Service operates solely with synthetic, AI-generated content and does not involve human performers. Specifically:
- There are no human performers or content providers
- No third-party creators upload media to the Service
- No photographs or recordings of real people are hosted or processed
- All content is generated solely by software using pre-defined choices and similar inputs
Any resemblance to real individuals is unintended and coincidental.

7. Prompt Selection & Safety Controls
Users cannot enter free-text prompts or upload their own media. All content is generated from a restricted set of options that we design and control.
We use technical and procedural safeguards to prevent the generation of illegal or prohibited content, including filters, blocked themes, and restricted choices. These safeguards are an integral part of our content monitoring approach.

8. Privacy of Images
- Images generated by paying users are treated as private and are not shown to other users by default.
- Images generated by free users will be shown to other free users inside the Service, in logged-in areas only, but are not made publicly accessible on the open web.
- We may remove or delete images at any time for moderation, legal, security, or operational reasons.

9. Storage & Retention
Generated images are generally stored for up to 6 months. We may delete images earlier due to:
- Moderation actions
- Legal requirements or law enforcement requests
- Account termination, ban, or self-requested deletion
- System maintenance, data management, or technical constraints
Free user images may be deleted sooner and are not guaranteed to be retained. We will retain limited logs or metadata for a longer period if required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

10. Prohibited Content & Marketing Restrictions
The Service must not be used to generate, request, distribute, promote, or imply content that:
- Depicts, suggests, or implies any person under 18 years old in a sexual, nude, or adult context, including fictional minors, AI-generated minors, or persons who appear to be minors
- Depicts non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, or similar themes, including but not limited to rape, “forced”, “asleep”, “drugged”, “passed out”, “unconscious”, “hypnotized”, or similar wording
- Depicts bestiality, sexual activity with animals, or sexual activity with non-human creatures in a sexualised context
- Depicts sexual activity involving extreme violence, serious injury, mutilation, or torture
- Depicts blood in a sexual or fetish context, including menstruation
- Depicts scat, feces, or similar fetish content
- Includes background people or bystanders in an implied real-world setting
- Depicts alcohol, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs in sexual content, or presents intoxication as part of sexual content
- Includes pets or animals in adult-themed or sexualised images
- Promotes hate crimes, discriminatory violence, or content intended to incite hatred towards protected groups
- Explicit prohibition of "teen" terminology
You must not use search terms, options, or marketing materials suggesting that the Service provides content involving minors, non-consensual activity, trafficking, or other illegal or exploitative themes.

11. Moderation & Monitoring Procedures
Content is generated only from a restricted library of approved options. Users cannot enter custom text instructions or upload media. We use automated safeguards and filters to prevent the generation of illegal or prohibited content.
Where content is visible to other users (for example, in free-user areas), it is subject to safety checks and will be reviewed automatically and/or manually. We will also review private content when required for security, safety, or legal compliance, or when it is reported by a user.
We will take one or more of the following actions in response to violations or suspected violations of these Terms:
- Block or prevent creation of certain options or images
- Remove or disable access to specific images
- Restrict features or impose usage limits
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Report serious violations to payment providers or authorities
No refunds are provided if action is taken due to policy violations, prohibited content, fraud, or abuse.

12. Complaints & Takedown Requests
General Complaints
Any person may report content or activity that they believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We will review such reports and aim to resolve them within 7 days, which may include removing content, restricting access, or taking other action as appropriate.
Personal Image, Likeness, or Rights Concerns
If you believe that content generated by the Service improperly uses your likeness, violates your rights, or otherwise affects you personally, you may request its removal. Upon receiving a valid request with sufficient detail to identify the content, we will remove the specified content within 24 hours and prevent it from being shown again where reasonably technically feasible.
We do not require you to prove or litigate your claim before removal in such cases; however, we may request limited information to locate the content and prevent abuse of the process.

13. Third-Party Links & External Services
The Service will not have links to third-party websites or services. Only to payment processors - These third parties are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We do not intentionally link to third-party sites. Third-party links will be removed immediately if found to contain violating content or content beyond our ability to monitor.
Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Availability & Performance
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Generation speed
- Queue times
- System uptime
The Service may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, system load, technical issues, or infrastructure constraints.

15. AI Limitations
AI output is inherently unpredictable. We provide no warranties regarding:
- Quality
- Accuracy
- Suitability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
You are solely responsible for verifying that any generated content is appropriate for your use and compliant with applicable law.

16. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks
We will suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or refuse current or future use of the Service if we detect or reasonably suspect:
- Abuse of retries or free features
- Automated usage that violates our technical or security controls
- Fraud, stolen payment instruments, or unauthorized use
- Excessive or abusive chargebacks or disputes
Such actions will be taken without refund. We will also provide relevant information to payment providers or authorities.

17. Anti-Modern Slavery & Anti-Trafficking Declaration
The Service must not be used in any way that promotes, facilitates, or conceals human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, modern slavery, or any form of coerced or non-consensual activity.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such conduct. We cooperate with lawful investigations and will report suspected activity to relevant authorities and payment providers.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data, images, or other content
- Third-party claims arising from your use of generated images or the Service
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

20. Changes to Terms
We will update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the website).
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
